Project Overview
MIAX® is a technology-driven leader in building and operating financial marketplaces across multiple asset classes and trading products through their in-house built, proprietary technology. The company has evolved from a single options exchange to a global trading company that provides access to U.S. and international capital markets.
The goal was to restructure their market offerings and improve the overall experience for the two primary user groups. The process began with stakeholder interviews to determine the type of content important to each audience. I was involved with the development of a site map for the new, bifurcated user experience. I developed wireframe prototypes to determine the content hierarchy for each page type. I was then responsible for the creation of all page designs and animation ideation for the experience. Lastly, I worked closely with multiple development teams to ensure proper implementation and I have provided continued technology and design support for the client.
