Project Overview

Trex® is the leading luxury brand for composite decking across the United States and throughout Europe. Historically, Trex has focused their efforts on B2C marketing campaigns, which have produced a number of residential decks across the globe. In recent years, Trex has placed a new emphasis on commercial and retail opportunities for future company growth.

The goal was to create a ‘Trex for Professionals’ web experience that catered to the needs of commercial contractors, architects and engineers. The process began by interviewing internal stakeholders and potential users to determine the hierarchy of content for this new audience. I was personally responsible for the creation of the site map, wireframes and overall design of the website. Then, I worked directly with the client’s development team to properly implement the approved designs and animations seen in the current experience.
